We made this dressing to use with our spicy ahi tuna poke, but seriously it’d be delicious drizzled on top of any kind of Asian salad or used as a marinade for chicken or beef!

the perfect dressing for poke happiness
- 3 limes, juiced
- zest of 1 lime
- 1 T Chosen Foods spicy sesame oil*
- 1 T rice vinegar
- ⅛ t white pepper
- ¼ t Redmond Real Salt
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
- This makes enough for 2 recipes of our spicy ahi tuna poke
- Store any leftover dressing in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. *use regular sesame oil if you prefer not to have this dressing spicy
