½cupHeavy Whipping Creamcan sub dairy free as needed
Instructions
Take cream cheese out of the fridge and let it come to temperature for about 15 minutes, this will make incorporating it with the powdered sugar easier.
Add cream cheese, powdered sugar, 4 tablespoons of the waffle cone butter, vanilla and vanilla salt to a medium sized mixing bowl, whip together with a hand mixer until fully combined. Taste and adjust with more waffle cone butter, re-mixing to incorporate--then set aside.
Clean the beaters of your hand mixer then add the whipping cream to another mixing bowl and whip it until soft peaks form. Add this to the cream cheese mixture and mix well until fully combined.
It's ready to use now or store in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve.
