The new Premium Marine Collagen from Further Food had us all dreamy about getting more “beach” time into our lives and we instantly knew we had to come up with a smoothie that took us to the islands to help us live vicariously through our taste buds for a bit! Packed with tropical flavors, yet not overly sweet because there’s no added sweetener. Perfect for some “me time” in the morning or even for an afternoon vitamin D session outside warming your toes under the sun!

Ingredients
- 1 cup cashew milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 lime, cut into ⅛’s
- ½ frozen green tipped banana
- ¼ cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
- ¼ cup macadamia nuts, unsalted
- ¼ cup frozen pineapple tidbits
- zest and juice of additional lime
- 1 scoop Further Food Premium Marine Collagen
- 1 to 2 cups ice
Directions
- Place cashew milk, water and lime segments into blender and pulse 4-5 times to coarsely chop but not completely pulverize. Strain through fine mesh sieve into a clean bowl, rinse blender out and pour “lime infused” milk back into it.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until the consistency you want is reached. Add as much or little ice as you like. More ice will give you a thicker consistency, possibly requiring a straw! Whereas less ice will make it more “sip-able” ~~ either way, find a great spot to take a few minutes for yourself and escape away for a few minutes to the islands!
