🍹 FROSTED CRANBERRIES - as in the FROSTY variety!! So easy to make, freeze & keep on hand this holiday season! Use them to top off sparkling water, mocktails or cocktails! They add a lovely pop of color & a festive look to any cold beverage. . Because in the fast paced holiday season, maybe you didn’t prepare cute frozen ice cubes ahead of time & you still want to be a festive hostess/host in a moment’s notice! These cute lil’ frosted cranberries will save the day! . Check out the “frosty” details below & stay tuned to & follow my Food Social page! Check out the link in bio to follow along there & thank you! . 🍹 rinse about ½ lb of fresh cranberries, allowing as much water to drain off as possible, give that colander/strainer several good shakes. 🍹 add to a shallow dish & sprinkle with about 2 tbsp of organic sugar (or sugar of choice) tossing to coat. 🍹 place cranberries on another parchment lined, freezer safe, shallow pan & sprinkle about another 1-2 tbsp of sugar on top, give the tray a lil’ shake then place in the freezer. 🍹 they freeze quickly & can be used in so many ways...add a little sprig of mint for a pop of color if you’d like, but certainly not required! 🍹 ENJOY!! .
