CANDIED POPCORN - last month I made bags & bags of candied popcorn for my niece’s book launch party. I coordinated the colors to match her book cover & everyone loved it so much. . This recipe is a throw back to the “Jello popcorn balls” my mom used to make for me, albeit less sticky since the bake time in the oven lends a crisp texture. . Paleo DATE DREAMS - I was organizing some old recipe cards & stumbled on a recipe shared with me by a family friend who is no longer with us. I immediately knew I could remake these & wanted to share the yumminess with you!
