🥗 WINTER GRAPEFRUIT VINAIGRETTE SALAD - pink grapefruit season is a great time to make this winter salad & luscious vinaigrette! A refreshing offering that will brighten up your taste buds! Simple & so fabulous!
Grapefruit essence is also known to be an UPLIFTING fragrance! Naturally PALEO, WHOLE30, PLANT-BASED WHOLE30, VEGAN & LOW CARB
• juice of one large pink grapefruit (about ½ cup)
• 1 tsp dijon mustard
• ¼ tsp fine sea salt
• finely chopped chives
• black pepper to taste
• ¼ - ½ cup avocado oil
• salad greens
• grapefruit supremes of 1 grapefruit
• ½ an avocado, sliced as desired
• finely diced red onion, or slices
🥗 Add juice, mustard, salt, chives, black pepper & avocado oil to a large mason jar. SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE!
🥗 Assemble greens, sprinkle with a bit of fine sea salt, add avocado, supremes, red onion & micro greens.
🥗 Pour that deliciousness all over the salad…EAT IT!

💜 lil mini PECAN PIES - so petite & adorable, just like my momma was. We’re coming up on the 10 year mark of losing her so suddenly. This coming New Year’s Eve, we will celebrate not only her passing, but her life & how blessed we are to have enjoyed the time we had to spend with her. That we’ve lived a decade without her is unbelievable. 😔
It’s still so raw that she’s no longer with us, especially this time of year. Making pies with her as a child...well, that’s what the holidays were for me. We MADE SO MANY PIES together! 🥧
