When one has WAFFLE CONE GRANOLA why not also enjoy it in a spreadable form and make WAFFLE CONE BUTTER?!

My newest collaboration with Nana Joes Granola has my mind coming up with so many fun ways to use it. This spreadable deliciousness comes together quickly and is so scrumptious. Use it any way you’d use a nut butter or just right from the spoon because it is truly that scrumptious!

I’ve enjoyed it on toast, in a cold foam on a latte as well as to make WAFFLE CONE BUTTER POPCORN! The creativity has just begun and I’m excited to continue making more fun recipes with it!

Be sure to keep in mind that as you’re making this or any nut butter for that matter, the mixture will heat up so don’t be alarmed if the base of your food processor gets a little bit warm. All good. Speaking of food processors, I really like my mini Cuisinart model and it works great for a single batch. When you find out how much you like this you will feel compelled to make a double batch and frankly I don’t blame you. But you will need a larger based food processor. I have this larger Cuisinart model as well and it’s a work horse and gets the job done!

like a nut butter, but better because is tastes like a WAFFLE CONE!

Ingredients

Directions

  • Add granola to the base of a small food processor and pulse until you have fine crumbs.
  • Remove the lid and add cashew butter, 1 tablespoon of the coconut oil, maple syrup and salt. Run the food processor until this comes together* and is creamy. If you want the consistency a bit thinner, add the additional tablespoon of coconut oil as well as adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
  • Mix again until consistency and flavor are where you want it, then place in a container and enjoy!

Notes

  • Every food processor is a bit different, but overall it may take 2-3 minutes to get this to the right consistency for spreading. I use this little Cuisinart model, it has two modes of pulverizing so it came together pretty quickly. Your times may vary, so keep that in mind. You may also want a “chunky” style of waffle cone butter, so you could go with what your preference is.
