Pre-segment your grapefruit, add a lil’ sprinkle of salt (yessss, don’t skip that) then a yummy sprinkle of coconut sugar (or sugar of choice) & broil! We used our air fryer, since it is a multifunction from @cuisinart

CHIMICHURRI FRIED EGG - 💡 a gentle reminder to also eat breakfast/lunch/dinner today, amongst all the meal prepping going on! We’re enjoying this, because it’s so dang delicious!!

It’s so easy to go from one project to the next & then realize you’re so hungry!! Stay fueled!! 🍳

You basically replace the cooking oil (be that bacon fat, avo oil or ghee) with chimichurri & fry that baby up. I added some goat milk feta crumbles as well as a kiss of chili flakes. It was OUTSTANDING!!

g/f CRESCENT ROLLS - a fun roll variation that bakes up a bit quicker than your standard dinner roll. I used my Gluten Free Dinner Roll recipe & it worked out great! You can make 16-24 crescent rolls depending on how large you’d like them.
.
Make the DINNER ROLL recipe as directed then do the following:
• preheat oven to 350° & line two baking sheets with parchment
• divide dough into two equal portions
• roll 1st half out into a 12” circle on a lightly dusted surface
• cut into either 8 or 12 sections like you would cut a pizza
• starting from the wide end, roll up & make sure the end of the section is on the bottom & place on the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining sections, then the other half of the dough.
• cover with plastic & let rise for approx 15 mins.
• when ready to bake, apply egg wash then bake for 22-25 mins or until golden brown
• remove from the oven & brush with melted butter, optional but DELISH!
• ENJOY!
