It speaks to my Hobbit/gardening loving soul & soaking in a little sun & getting my hands dirty is always transformative & enjoying an afternoon Red Sox game will also help!
Kitchen time isn't serving me today – being creative about reworking a recipe isn't, feeling the need to share & be "ON" isn't, trying to figure out what the &$%)! bleepin' algorithm is doing to our feed isn't – hashtags…don't even get me started!
So I know it's time for a moment to ignore all that & really ask "what serves ME today?" Is the FULL MOON today messing with me – yep, certainly not helping! Is it my never ending "need to please everyone" – yep, that too!

💜💚 RANCH-Y BRUSSELS SPROUTS & CABBAGE 💚💜 ~ Simple to make, bakes up in the air fryer super quick, loaded with flavor & a great way to add some veggies to the meal that everyone will LOVE, even the non-veggie folks. This bowl of goodness is PALEO, WHOLE30, LOW CARB & so delicious!
Recipe uses a homemade ranch dressing, but in a pinch, definitely use the @whole30 House Ranch dressing!

A beloved movie our kids grew up watching over & over again! My Neighbor Totoro is a 1988 Japanese animated fantasy film written and directed by Hayao Miyazaki. Soot sprites are basically “dust bunnies” who follow 2 young sisters, Mei & Satsuki, around. Our family is so enamored with them!
We suggest seeking out the original as it's by far better than the remake of the late 90’s! It’s now a part of the Studio Ghibli line up! The original is -Let us know in the comments what your favorite Studio Ghibli movie is! @studioghibliofficial
#recipebelow for these adorable TAHINI SOOT SPRITE COOKIES they're EGG & DAIRY FREE!
• ¾ cup @ottosnaturals cassava flour
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp @redmondrealsalt Kosher salt
• 6 tblsp organic vegetable shortening
• 6 tblsp @coombsmaple sugar
• 1 ½ tblsp honey
• ½ tsp vanilla
• 6 tblsp black tahini (sesame butter)
• 2 tblsp black sesame seeds
• Candy eyeballs
🖤 preheat oven to 350°
🖤 add flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl, whisk to combine, set aside
🖤 add shortening, maple sugar, honey & vanilla to another bowl and mix until fluffy. Add tahini & combine well.
🖤 add dry ingredients to wet in 2 parts, beating after each one. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to firm up the dough.
🖤 place sesame seeds in a small bowl. Remove dough from the fridge & scoop by tblsp & roll into a ball. Dip tops into the sesame seeds, pressing slightly to stick. Place on a baking sheet 2” apart. Add candy eyeballs to the center. Make sure they’re close together (they will spread as the cookies bake)
🖤 bake for 12-14 minutes. Remove & let them cool on the baking sheet, they could break if moved while warm.

These fluffy, soft chocolate cookies are speckled with dark chocolate chips, @pilihunters pili nuts & finished off with kosher salt! Raid the pantry & grab the cassava flour, cocoa, egg, grass fed butter (or ghee), maple sugar & a couple other minor ingredients & you're THAT close to cookie time!

🏈 our PALEO PARTY SUB 🏈 is a GAME DAY must! Best part is, you can make several sandwiches in one! Make it half SPICY ITALIAN & half TURKEY BACON AVOCADO like we did! The possibilities are endless!!
This PARTY SUB loaf is our hamburger bun recipe baked in a standard bundt pan – how cool right!?
Grab our hamburger bun recipe via the link in our profile and outlined below is how to make the loaf in the bundt pan with details about how we loaded up this deliciousness!
🏈 Prepare a bundt pan by coating with avocado oil & lightly dusting with cassava flour
🏈 Preheat oven to 400° & make hamburger bun recipe as directed up to step #4
🏈 Spoon batter in bundt pan, smooth out evenly, cover with plastic & let rise in a warm spot for approx. 15-25 minutes or until it has risen about an inch.
🏈 Place in preheated oven, reduce temperature to 385° & bake for 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown & toothpick inserted comes out clean.
🏈 Remove from oven & invert onto cooling rack – cool completely before slicing horizontally for party sub.
🏈 Instead of mayo, we combined "cream cheese" & our new arugula chimichurri as the spread for both bottom & top halves of the loaf.
🏈 Layer on some spicy arugula & sprinkled with fine sea salt
🏈 For a TURKEY/BACON/AVOCADO side: add bacon, turkey, slices of avocado, tomatoes & marinated onions
🏈 For a SPICY ITALIAN side: layer ham, sliced salami, sliced capicola, pepperoncini, sliced tomatoes, more marinated onions
🏈 Serve FAMILY STYLE

🙌🏻 These adorable little delicata squash are beginning to show up in grocery stores! This is one of our favorite ways to enjoy them!😎 If you don't see them, always ASK the produce manager to get some in. We found ours at @sprouts – super happy about that!
PALEO, WHOLE30, VEGAN & DAIRY FREE!
👇🏻Simple #recipebelow – soft and tender delicata squash, paired with brussels sprouts, all roasted up & served with a handful of pomegranate arils, a drizzle of balsamic reduction & a sprinkle of kosher salt.
Preheat oven to 425°
🔆 Slice one small delicata squash into rings about 1/4" thick & remove seeds
🔆 Slice 10-12 brussels sprouts about 1/4" thick
🔆 Toss with fat of choice (we used avocado oil)
🔆 Roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes, flip squash rings & brussels sprouts over and roast for 2-4 minutes more or until squash & brussels sprouts are tender and browned.
🔆 Remove from the oven & place on a serving plate. Sprinkle with pomegranate arils, drizzle with balsamic reduction and sprinkle with kosher salt & pepper to taste & serve!
